- This is a non-refundable promotional package, If you do not meet these qualifications and or if you travel and fail to meet all the qualifications your package will be non-refundable and you will be charged the full retail amount of the package.
- Room tax, service fee's and room incidentals are not included in this package.
- Single Males and Students are ineligible for this offer.
- Single Females must be 30 years of age or older and have an annual income of $60,000 a year or more.

Hotel Terms
Bedding and smoking preferences are by request only. Best efforts will be made to accommodate your request, but specific bedding and smoking requests are not guaranteed. Hotel room rates shown are based on double occupancy and do not include taxes. Extra-person per night charges may apply for all hotels. The full amount of hotel reservations will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking; TravelVegasToday.com currently accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards. Hotel room rates are subject to change until confirmed. All transactions will be conducted in United States currency (USD). Notice: Due to power conditions in the Western United States, hotels may add a power surcharge of up to $3.00 per person per night, due at checkout time. You are responsible for remittance of this fee, which is not included in the cost of your room reservation.
All hotel room reservations must have an associated primary customer name and must be booked by an adult over 21 years of age. All hotel rooms must have an adult, 21 years of age or over, staying in the room. Valid identification, valid credit card, and/or cash deposit required upon check-in to cover incidental room costs (phone calls, movie rentals, etc.). The credit card used to request the reservation may be required upon check-in.
By submitting a reservation, you warrant that you are at least 21 years old and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to use this web site in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement. You agree to be financially responsible for all of your use of this web site as well as for the use of your name and credit card account to pay for products and services purchased at this web site by members of your household, including minors living with you. You also warrant that all information supplied by you or members of your household in using this web site is true and accurate.
You will be notified by e-mail or telephone with your hotel confirmation number. If you do not receive an e-mail or phone call concerning your reservation within 48 hours, it is your responsibility to contact us immediately at 1-877-623-1995 The following cancellation and modification penalties apply to all hotel reservations:
- New Years (Last week of December until the first week of January) and Comdex (Mid-November) are fully non-refundable and may require a minimum stay.
- Some convention dates and holidays are subject to a minimum night stay requirement. Hotels may have restrictions on Saturday arrivals and/or departures. Normal check in time is 1:00pm to 3:00pm. Normal check out time is between 11:00am and Noon. These may vary from hotel to hotel. A stay longer than 7 nights is subject to the hotel's policies.
- No refunds will be given for late arrivals or early departures.
- Reservation requests that include tours, gifts of any kind, airfare tickets, or activity reservations are non-refundable and have separate restrictions. Our customer service department will provide you with all information regarding these restrictions.
- Any modification to a reservation constitutes a change and change fees will apply. Our customer service department will provide you with all information regarding change fees and restrictions.
- Outside of 14 days from the arrival date, a $50.00 cancellation fee per person will be applied on all reservations.
- Within 14 days to 7 days from the arrival date of the reservation, the first night's room rate and tax is non-refundable plus a $50.00 per person cancellation fee will be applied on all reservations.
- Within 7 days from the arrival date the room reservation is completely non-refundable.
- Upon check-in the remaining room nights of the reservation are non-refundable.
- TravelVegasToday.com may offer you the opportunity to pay a $25.00 fee and maintain full credit with TravelVegasToday.com for a future use. All reservations or reservation changes within seven days are completely non-refundable and you will not have the option to pay the $25.00 fee for a full credit.
Normal hotel check-in time is between 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., and normal checkout time is between 11:00 a.m. and noon. Note that these times may vary from hotel to hotel. Some conventions and holidays may be subject to a minimum night stay requirement. Hotels may also have restrictions on Saturday arrivals and/or departures. Any stay over seven nights is subject to the hotel's policies.
The TravelVegasToday.com reservation service fee and room cost will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking. It will appear on your statement as TravelVegasToday.com If the full room cost is not charged by TravelVegasToday.com, your credit card will be charged separately by the hotel or TravelVegasToday.com for the balance.
Show Ticket Terms
A variety of Show Tickets are to be picked up at the TravelVegasToday.com Welcome Center or at the respective box offices. The TravelVegasToday.com Welcome Center is conveniently and centrally located inside the lobby of the Royal Resort at 99 Convention Center Drive, Las Vegas, Nevada.
Show tickets which include pick up at the TravelVegasToday.com Welcome Center are: Barry Manilow, Bite, Celine Dion, Chippendales, Clint Holmes, Danny Gans, Elton John, Hipnolarious, KA, La Femme, La Reve, Mamma Mia, Men the Show, Mystere, O Cirque du Soleil, Penn & Teller, Rita Rudner, Scintas, and Zumanity.
If you have purchased show tickets that require pick up, you may take possession of your tickets on the morning of the event. All other show tickets will be picked up at the box office only.
We reserve the right to upgrade all orders
All show tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable.
We are not the official box office. The box office is the original source for tickets. Tickets bought from the box office are sold at "face value". Tickets purchased from the box office directly are generally less expensive, but the seat selection may be severely limited, or the show you are interested in may be sold out entirely. If you are unable to obtain the tickets you want through the box office, and you are willing to pay above face value for tickets, we can help you get the seats you want. It is important for the customer to understand that we are an independent agency that buys and resells event tickets on the secondary market. Since our tickets are sold on the secondary market, our prices are determined by the "market value", which is based on supply and demand. The "market value" can be substantially higher than the "face value" of the ticket. Please remember that we also have to pay over the "face value" for the tickets that we offer for sale and that we incur significant expense in licensing, advertising, processing and delivery costs.

When you book your show tickets with us, we charge your credit card for the full amount immediately. The charge that appears on your credit card will be the total price you will be charged and includes all tax charges and service fees. No adjustments in ticket prices will be made.

All show ticket purchases are final and cannot be exchanged or transferred to others or exchanged for another set of dates. TravelVegasToday.com is not responsible should you fail to pick up your show tickets.
TravelVegasToday.com is not responsible for technical, typographical or other errors that result in the display of an incorrect purchase price. In a situation where a purchase is completed based on an incorrect price, TravelVegasToday.com is not responsible to fill the order. In such situations, the customer will be notified and given the option of making the purchase at the intended and correct price provided ticket inventory is available or be given the option of a full refund on the initial purchase.

Promotional Packages and Resort Tour Terms and conditions
All promotional vacation packages are non-refundable.
If you have purchased a special promotional package including any type of resort tour, your package is non-refundable. All the above hotel reservation terms apply with the exception of the cancellation policy; all promotional packages are non-refundable.
Promotional packages including a resort preview are sponsored by some of the newest resorts in the area. These packages are subsidized by the resorts and are offered to you at a highly reduced rate in order for you to preview one of the newest resorts and look at their vacation plan in hope you will vacation with them in the future. There are certain qualifications associated with these offers and qualifications vary from resort to resort. Your credit card will be charged the subsidized rate to TravelVegasToday.com for your vacation package. Should you fail to attend the tour in its entirety or fail to qualify, your card will be charged an additional $250.00, which is the minimum difference in price of your package.
All additional terms and conditions on your confirmation letter apply.
Tours and Activities Terms
Please call for groups over 10.
All tours and activities can be rescheduled or cancelled with a minimum of seven days advance notice for a $25 fee. If you fail to show up for your tour or activity will there will be no refunds and no rescheduling of the event.
Your credit card will be charged for the entire amount to TravelVegasToday.com.
Golf Terms
All tee times are non-refundable. If you would like to reschedule your tee time, please call the golf course directly.
Wedding Terms
All weddings are non-refundable and non cancellable.
Vehicle Terms
Due to the unique nature of transportation services and the limited availability of vehicles, please understand that these reservations are non-refundable.
If you have additional services with your transportation reservations, please make sure to read the terms and conditions that apply to those services, and note that these additional services must be paid in full when the reservations are made. The vehicle can be reserved with a deposit and a balance due the date of service. All other services must be paid in full.
For all transportation services, we require payment in full to reserve the vehicle. Additional services such as nightclubs, show tickets, and dinner reservations can be added to your reservation at the time of booking your vehicle or later but are always subject to availability. We cannot hold additional services aside for future booking without payment. For best availability, we encourage you to order your additional party services as soon as possible. Services that are available today may not be tomorrow.
TravelVegasToday.com MUST BE SUPPLIED WITH A VALID CONTACT NUMBER FOR YOU WHILE YOU ARE IN TOWN. Ideally, we would like a cell phone number. If no one present will have a cell phone, please provide the name of the hotel you are staying at and the registered name on the room. The driver may need to contact you should he be instructed to move the vehicle due to heavy traffic in the agreed upon valet area.
If you go over your scheduled allotment of hours on your charter, your credit card on file will be charged for the additional time.
TravelVegasToday.com and the charter companies we work with understand that a party can create a bit of a mess. No penalties are incurred for normal untidiness such as discarded cups, empty bottles or spilled snack foods. However, the charter company reserves the right to charge a $50.00 cleaning fee should any part of the vehicle be broken or vandalized.

Nightclub Terms
There are no refunds for club passes or table reservations. Nightclub passes are non-refundable. You must be 21 years of age or older to be allowed entry to any of our nightclubs. You will also be expected to show valid photo ID at all of the clubs we offer and we will not offer refunds for denial of entry because you are under age or do not have proper ID.
TravelVegasToday.com is not responsible for denial of entry due to dress code violations. A strict dress code is enforced and proper evening attire is required. No clubs allow baseball hats, athletic attire, athletic shoes, bandannas, do-rags, or torn or overly baggy jeans. Clubs will also deny entry to men wearing shorts, sandals, or tank tops.
YOU DO NOT RECEIVE A PHYSICAL PASS. Your name will be added to the VIP list at your chosen club (which means that you go to the front of the line ahead of the general admission public, which will sometimes mean that your price will be higher than the general admission door price). Your name plus your number of guests will be on this list (i.e. Joe Vegas plus 5). You simply walk up to the VIP host and give them your name with photo identification. (Your confirmation e-mail is for your records and does not serve as a physical pass due to the ease of duplication.)
For minimal wait time for VIP PASSES, please arrive no later than the listed time for your chosen club (you are still on the VIP list after that time, but may have to wait in a VIP line prior to entry): These times and club arrivals are subject to change and the final arrangements will be on your confirmation letter:

All Las Vegas nightclubs require that TABLE and BOOTH reservations be checked in by the times listed below (if you are not checked in with the VIP host in time, your table may be sold to someone else): 10:30 PM for Tabu; 11:00 PM for Foundation Room; 11:30 PM for Bikinis, Club Rio, and Rain; 12 Midnight for Risqué and Seven; 2:30 AM for Alesium After-hours; and 3:00 AM for Drais after-hours.
RAIN cannot accommodate any group of people booking more than one table, cabana, and/or booth for the same night, even if booked in different names and paid for separately. Orders fitting this description will be disregarded in advance when noticed or cancelled upon arrival at the club. If this situation applies to your group please call 1-702-938-6380 for other options.

Failure to arrive at your chosen club by the designated time may result in a wait in the VIP line prior to entry. Clubs will not violate fire codes to accommodate line passes.
Please understand this is a very specialized service and we ask that you are polite and courteous to the door staff at your chosen club. Please also be kind to your bartenders and cocktail servers.
Special events and holidays are usually more crowded than normal. Please be aware that the VIP list may be longer than it would normally be. You are receiving a front of the line pass but keep in mind there may be other people on the same list in front of you, so please be patient.
No refunds will be issued if you or any one in your group is escorted out of any establishment for rude or unacceptable behavior. The club has a set of rules, which everyone must follow so please act accordingly. Furthermore, refunds will be at the sole discretion of the club should the club have to close early for such uncontrollable events including but not limited to power loss, fire, flooding, etc.

This Agreement and its performance shall be governed by the laws of the state of Nevada, United States of America. You consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located therein regarding all questions and controversies arising out of your use of this site and this Agreement. To the extent allowed by applicable law, any claim or cause of action arising from or relating to your access or use of this site must be brought within two (2) years from the date on which such claim or action arose or accrued.
This order of acknowledgement is not a contract and does not constitute an acceptance of your order. TravelVegasToday.com will determine whether to fill the order, and TravelVegasToday.com may refuse or limit your order for any reason. By placing an order, you agree to accept all terms and conditions set forth anywhere on this site.
